It is so hard saying goodbye to good friends. We have made so many wonderful friends during this period of time in Mikes AP career. Having to move around a lot is difficult enough but moving with friends makes the transition easier. When we moved to Alabama in 2013 an influx of families joined the Alabama office, and Beckahm made lots of friends and saw them come and go.
The Woods have been with us since 2013, when Amari was just a newborn. Britton and Bentlee became one of Beckahm, and over time as he aged, Amari's best friends. We have had so many playdates, not to mention the many times we have relied on one another for Date Night trades, and all the times we have been in one anthers company. We have created so many wonderful memories with this family.
This weekend they are moving to San Antonio, TX to manage a group under AP. It has been hard for me to think about saying goodbye. In fact as the date as drawn closer I found myself having a nightmare about them leaving, and found myself waking up in tears. It is so hard to grasp that we won't run into them at the gym every day, walk outside our door and see them playing outside, or have them over to play with the boys. They will sorely be missed!
I am so grateful for the bond Beckahm has made with these two and the beautiful relationship they have fostered over the years.
Here are a few pictures of the moments we have shared with them.

Saying Goodbye
Amari LOVES these two; every time he sees them he lights up and gets so excited; they are so sweet to him.
Last week hanging out with the Woods
