Amaris hospital check up: the inflamation still needed to subside before surgery so they scheduled it 4 weeks out, but informed me that they would for sure have to do surgery and that he would have to stay in the hospital overnight. They also informed me that he has two ear infections and a fever of 101. The Dr. prescribed me MORE antibiotics and medication for what she assumed was allergies. I swear doctors hand out prescriptions way too easy. We are holding off on the allergy medication till we get a second opinion. I hate that he has been on antibiotics 4times in the first year of his life, but what do you do when you don't have an Uncle Jared close by to evaluate him and see what we can do holistically verses medicinally. We are simply exhausted from him being sick every two weeks; hoping this year has administered all the sicknesses and that it is better health for all of us from here on out :(

Park Day/Rainy Day and Everything In Between
This weather has been so back and forth from warm and sunny to cold and rainy. We can be playing outside in t-shirt and shorts one day and literally the next day we are all bundled up in our coats and rain boots splashing in the puddles.
We can't wait for summer to come!!
Rainy Day sending boats down the road
Amari loved splashing in the puddles

Funny post I made on facebook (I was serious) My kids are on loan for the rest of the weekend, just in case anyone wanted to rent one #craiglistpostingmykids #meetyouhalfway #noreturnsfor72hours
I haven't looked like this at 9am on a Saturday since before both of my kiddos were born. Thanks to my husband for being super mom for the morning while I attended a women's conference.
I LOVE how my kids can sit longer during classical musicals that I watched growing up like this one—Babes in Toyland—and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, than any other movie. They love the music and the dancing; they sit and gaze at the TV in awe.

This was terrible mean, looking back at it now but we had to get this fear of Amaris on camera
