5 Month Old Tidbits

• Amari LOVES his brother.  No one can make him laugh consistently and at random simply by looking at him like Beckahm can.  He loves watching his brother and gets so excited whenever he hears his voice or sees his face.  
• Amari loves taking baths with Beckahm and loves it when Beckahm gives him attention. 
• Amari has started moving around so much.  I will put him on his tummy and 5 seconds later look back at him and he is in a completely different position; it astonishes me. He is such a goer.  I have a feeling he is going to be getting into things much more than Beckahm and be an even greater explorer. 
• I noticed a little white dot showing through his gums; his teeth are coming in.
• He lights up everyones day.  It is hard to be sad when Amari is around.  EVERYWHERE we go he is cheesing it at people he meets and there isn't a person who doesn't pause to dote on him and say how amazing his smile is and how gorgeous his blue eyes are.  The women at the gym who watch him while I workout want to kidnap him they think he is so sweet :)
• He is constantly rolling over, back and forth and back and forth. 
• He is always trying to hold onto things.  He is so observant of everything and you can tell he just wants to explore things and figure out how they work
• He has become quite the chatter box, talking up a storm.
• He has finally gotten on a routine of waking up a 7am instead of 6am and most times I will find him in his crib just babbling and looking at all of this things, playing with his stuffed giraffe, etc.  He gets the biggest cheese on his face when he sees me. 

2 Week Update

2 weeks worth of events to catch up on; my how time fly's and how many things occur within a two week span.

The guys had a meeting at the Renissance hotel so the wives snuck in to use the pool :).  The kids had such a great time going down the slide, even Beck's was a brave enough to go down with the help of the Andersons!!

 Beck's had NEVER been this tired.  He was so tired he slowly fell over on the couch while watching his nightly TV show :)

This is how I found Beckahm one day: reading his books in his room; melted this mommy's heart!! I love that he loves to read!

The infamous "Alligator Song".  Beckahm consistently wants this played every time we are in the car. "More Alligator song please", he says.  It was cute until it played for the 20th time. 

The many ways Mr. Beckahm sleeps; he cracks me up.

Every Saturday Beckahm gets his "marshmallow cereal" and gets to watch a show while he eats his breakfast.  He looks forward to his Saturday routine.

Sunday BBQ
